No. You may order a single item. The shipping charge applies per order, whatever its size, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

We ship across India from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, at a flat rate per order:

All charges include GST and are shown at checkout before you pay. Batteries, resin, flammable items, filament, tools and items over 2 kg travel by Standard Delivery only. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, except on Sundays and public holidays. After dispatch, Standard Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 days and Express Delivery 2 to 5 days, depending on your PIN code. Remote areas, hill states, the North-East and island territories may take longer. These timelines are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive the courier name and tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page or in your account. The first tracking scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our secure checkout. Partial Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders: an advance is paid online and the balance in cash to the courier. Any applicable fee is shown at checkout before you pay. We never ask for card details, OTPs or passwords by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Yes. Every order is issued a GST invoice. Business buyers can enter their GSTIN at checkout to claim Input Tax Credit. Our GSTIN is 21AMBPJ9593L1ZP. For a duplicate invoice, write to info@indianhobbycenter.com with your order number.

Before dispatch: you can change the delivery address free of charge, or cancel the order, until it is packed. On a cancellation at your request, the amount paid is refunded less the payment gateway and checkout fees charged on that payment.

After dispatch: an order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery without opening the parcel; once it returns to us, we refund the order value less payment fees and the actual forward and return shipping charges.

If we cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, you receive a full refund with no deductions. See Section 4 of our Refund Policy.

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email with your order number. For transit damage, wrong items or missing items, a continuous, unedited unboxing video with a visible date and time stamp, starting from the sealed parcel and showing the shipping label, is required.

After verification we will send a free replacement or the missing item, or issue a full refund including the shipping charge for that item. We bear the cost of return and replacement shipping on approved claims.

We accept returns for products that arrive damaged, incorrect, incomplete or defective, reported within 48 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, or for products that have been soldered, wired, programmed, modified or damaged through incorrect use, opened consumables, and items cut to length.

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days to the original payment method and are usually credited within 5 to 7 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Branded products carry the manufacturer's warranty on the manufacturer's terms, and we will help you with the claim.

Generic modules and components carry our Tested-on-Delivery warranty: if a product does not work when first used correctly, report it within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund after verification. This warranty does not cover products that have been soldered, installed, modified or used outside their rated specifications.
