He is also associated with Techno Institute of Management Sciences, Lucknow (which is providing an AICTE approved PGDM Programme) as Academic Advisor. He completed his Master\'s in Human Resource Development & Management from University of Allahabad and D.Phil in HRD from Motilal Nehru Institute of Research and Business Administration, University of Allahabad (A Central University).
