Many a century ago a great Egyptian thinker wrote over his library"The medicines of the soul"-and the necessary corollary is that the library had contained many well chosen which could effectively guide the mind kindle the intellect and bring solace to the soul.A good book has always been treated as a good friend, an amiable company and a graduating samaritan in the old age, for it does not have the placebo effect but the real medicinal value. A bookk pertaining to constutional law and governance has to evoke thought , make one ponder over the history ,ruminate over the decades of developments; and the present book by Dr. Lokendra Malik and Ms. Anjum Hassan does compel a reader to reflect.
