Rubber Band Powered Biplane Kit, Model 818 (Pack of 20)

Wind it up, launch it, and watch it climb. This classic rubber band powered biplane is a perfect hands-on flying project for young makers and hobby flyers. Twist the elastic, release the propeller, and the plane climbs on its own before gliding back down for up to 60 seconds of flight.

Why You'll Love It

• Elastic-powered flight: the wound rubber band spins the propeller to lift the plane, then it glides back down as the elastic runs out.
• Build and learn: easy to assemble and easy to adjust, a rewarding first build-and-fly project that develops hand skills and shows how stored energy becomes flight.
• Classic double-wing design: vintage-style printed biplane wings with a lightweight wood fuselage, Model 818.
• Bulk pack of 20: great value for classrooms, hobby workshops, party activities, and gifting.
