- Rugged blue metal enclosure with silk-screened front panel
- Two analog voltmeters — 5V DC (Gate circuit) and 25V DC (Drain circuit)
- One analog ammeter — dual range 5mA / 25mA for drain current measurement
- Dual independent DC power supplies:
- VGS supply: 0–5V DC (adjustable via potentiometer)
- VDS supply: 0–25V DC (adjustable via potentiometer)
- Built-in N-channel MOSFET (IRF Z44N) on the circuit board
- Series resistor RB in the gate circuit for protection
- Clearly printed circuit diagram on the panel for easy reference
- MAINS ON/OFF power switch with indicator
- Banana plug terminals (red/black) for all measurement points
