Built around the popular BFW10 N-channel JFET, this self-contained unit enables students to accurately plot drain characteristics (ID vs VDS) and transfer characteristics (ID vs VGS) — essential experiments for any electronics or electrical engineering curriculum.

- Analog Voltmeter 1 — 5V DC (Gate-Source voltage, VGS measurement)
- Analog Ammeter — 15mA DC (Drain current, ID measurement)
- Analog Voltmeter 2 — 15V DC (Drain-Source voltage, VDS measurement)
- Dual independent DC power supplies:
- VGS supply: 0–4V DC (adjustable via potentiometer)
- VDS supply: 0–19V DC (adjustable via potentiometer)
- Built-in BFW10 N-channel JFET on the circuit board
- Clearly printed circuit diagram on the panel for easy reference
- MAINS ON/OFF power switch with indicator
