Choosing a 0.8 mm Nozzle
A larger nozzle is useful when higher extrusion capacity matters more than very fine detail. Choose an appropriate 0.8 mm slicing profile and check the filament manufacturer's recommended nozzle sizes. Actual printing speed depends on the model, material and profile rather than nozzle diameter alone.

Hardened steel is required for abrasive fibre-filled materials. Verify your printer's other hardware requirements, supported temperatures and filament settings before use; fitting this hotend does not by itself make every engineering filament compatible.
