Training

Faculty Development Program

Practical training that helps teachers and faculty run hands-on labs in electronics, robotics, IoT, drones and 3D printing with confidence. Each program is planned around the equipment your institution already has.

Who it is for

  • School teachers: Atal Tinkering Lab in-charges, PM SHRI lab teachers and science or computer faculty.
  • College faculty: engineering and polytechnic departments, and AICTE IDEA Lab coordinators.
  • Lab staff: lab assistants and technicians who maintain and run the equipment.

What participants gain

  • Confidence to run lab sessions and demonstrations
  • Ready-to-use project ideas mapped to class levels
  • Skills to set up, maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment
  • Methods to mentor student projects, hackathons and competitions

How the program works

  1. Needs discussion. We review your lab equipment, the faculty group and your goals.
  2. Custom agenda. We share a session plan with topics, duration and the kits needed.
  3. Hands-on training. Every participant works on the equipment, not just watches.
  4. Resource pack. Participants receive code, circuit diagrams and project guides to reuse in class.
  5. Follow-up support. Our team answers questions on WhatsApp and email after the program.

Formats

  • One-day orientation: lab equipment and quick-start projects.
  • Three-day program: core skills across two or three topics.
  • Five-day program: in-depth training with a capstone project.

Programs can be held at your institution or at our store in Bhubaneswar.
