The 6DOF Manipulator is extensively utilized in college teaching and IDY production. All the bracket fittings are crafted from durable 2mm thick aluminum plate, significantly enhancing the robot’s stability. The chassis adopts a disc-shaped design, providing enhanced flexibility for the manipulator to turn left and right. Its power system is driven by six servo motors, enabling the robot to demonstrate versatile movements such as front and rear motion, up and down adjustments, and left and right gripping. The steering joints are equipped with imported cup bearings, ensuring not only a smoother steering experience but also maintaining the steering gear’s alignment at the same center point. This thoughtful design enhances the overall efficiency and precision of the manipulator.

3. All bracket fittings are made of 2mm thick aluminum plate, which effectively improves the stability of the robot itself.
4. Imported cup bearings are used at the steering joints, which not only makes the steering more flexible, but also allows the steering of the steering gear to be at the same center.
5. The chassis is in the form of a disc, which makes the manipulator turn left and right more flexible.
